Rite Aid was cited by OSHA for 10 repeated and serious violations in a Brooklyn, NY store.

Another 800 workers may be laid off in Nassau County, Long Island at the beginning of 2012.

After a fire in one of their Bangladesh-based factories, JC Penny backs out of its promise to help the family members of those who died.

United Healthcare is planning to hire 75 workers at its Tonawanda, NY facility.

In Western New York, those who are looking for work are turning to job fairs and religion for help.  

Today, President Obama will address a joint session of Congress regarding jobs.
