This week, General Motors and Chrysler will be meeting with the United Automobile Workers for their first contract negotiation since the government bailout.

Unionized employees at Verizon may begin striking as soon as their contract expires if the company isn’t willing to make concessions.

United States Postal Service employees in the Bronx protested the potential closings in their borough yesterday. 
A coalition of labor unions is targeting the GOP as the deadline for default nears.

The unemployed still face stigma as they look for new work.
