As if frustrating consumer experiences at chain pharmacies on regular days aren’t enough, pharmacy employees at some Walgreens stores are planning a walk-out between Monday Oct. 9-Wednesday, Oct. 11. That means those pharmacies will be closed. Those participating in the walk-out include pharmacists, technicians and support staff. Pharmacy employees say they have been driven to this action by overly burdensome demands as regards prescription and vaccination requirements.
