Salvatore J. Armao, Managing Partner and co-founder of Armao, Costa & Ricciardi, CPAs, P.C., has announced the formation of Armao LLP. The newly-incorporated successor firm will formally commence business on July 1, 2013. The firm plans to expand its services to labor organizations and employee benefit plans.

Mr. Armao states, “Armao LLP continues the solid foundation my professional associates and I have established for over 25 years. Salvatore J. Armao, , CPA/PFS, CFP, CFE, CGMA, has been providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to labor unions and Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans for over 25 years. He has authored and presented many seminars of particular interest to labor organizations. These include topics concerning rules and regulations of the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
