The historic 118-day SAG-AFTRA strike is officially over. The union made the announcement last Wednesday, saying the strike would end at 12:01 am Thursday. The tentative agreement ends the longest strike against the film and TV studios in Hollywood history. Pending ratification, there will be the first ever protections for actors against AI and a historic pay increase. Other wins include most minimums increasing by 7%, a streaming participation bonus, pension increases and health contributions.
