A NYC judge sided with Uber in its bid to temporarily block raises for ride-share drivers. The pay hikes would have gone into effect starting Dec. 19. Uber had filed suit against the city Taxi and Limousine Commission in an effort to stop a new rule that would have raised driver pay from 2019 rates. The TLC said it plans to appeal the decision.
