New York, NY – The negotiating committees of Local 94 and the Reality Advisory Board reached a tentative agreement this week covering approximately 4,000 members working in 500 commercial buildings in New York City.
The previous collective bargaining agreement was set to expire on December 31, 2014 at midnight. The terms of the new agreement are subject to ratification by the Board of Directors of the RAB on January 5, 2015 and the Union membership on January 6, 2015.
The parties wish the tenants in these buildings, building ownership/management and the Union membership a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year.
