The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), has achieved record wins for its 4,000 workers in a new agreement with Lockheed Martin. The workers will vote on whether to accept the terms on March 5. Members work at the corporation’s facilities in Georgia, California, Miss., W. Va., and Florida. Some of the offered new benefits include strong wage increases, reduced health insurance costs, and increased retirement security.
