George Clooney, Ben Affleck, Emma Stone, Tyler Perry and Scarlett Johansson met on Zoom with top leaders of SAG-AFTRA Fran Drescher and Duncan Crabtree-Ireland. These A-List actors want to share their considerable wealth with their struggling fellow union members. Clooney explained that they have two things in mind. One is to remove the cap on union dues, bringing in over $150 million dollars over three years. They also want to see a restructuring of residual dues, whereby those at the bottom would get paid first, the top earners being paid last.
