A historic victory occurred in a magical realm, and realism took sway. Disneyland Resort Cast Members, those who appear as characters, dancers, and hosts, leads and trainers, voted to unionize with Actors’ Equity. 1,700 workers will now be represented by the union. It was a landslide victory, with 79% of voters casting ballots for the union.
