Henry Garrido was reelected to his fourth, three-year term as District Council 37 Executive Director. DC 37 is the largest public employee union in New York City, and in total represents 150,000 workers. Said Garrido, “I want to thank our members for renewing their trust in me as our union continues the fight for justice, respect, and economic opportunity for working families.” Other officials of DC 37 that were reelected were the union’s president, secretary and treasurer.
