New York, NY – Parents can still apply for a pre-kindergarten program for eligible young children by contacting a local community based organization.
You can get the Pre-K application at any CBO program site. Forms are available online at nyc.gov/schools/prek. While you may apply to multiple CBO Pre-K programs, a separate application form is needed for each program. A hard copy of each Pre-K application form must be delivered to each CBO. Every CBO that is to consider your child's placement must receive a hard-copy version of your application.
