US district judge Diane Gujarti ruled on November 18 that behemoth retailer Amazon, well-known for its hostility to unions, must cease retaliating against workers organizing in the workplace. The ruling was in response to the firing of an organizing employee, Gerald Bryson. NLRB regional director Teresa Poor called the decision “critical” for workers’ rights.
