After being victorious in his recent fight for his striking members, at GM, Ford, and Stellantis, UAW President Shawn Fain, the first head of the union to be directly elected by the rank-and-file, is on the warpath again. This time, he wants to take on the entire “billionaire class and rebuild the economy so that it starts to work for the benefit of the many and not the few.” One way he wants to tackle that formidable task, is to “organize like we’ve never organized before.” Next targets: non-organized car companies like Tesla, Toyota, and Honda.
