A new word, “Bidenomics,” has appeared in American lingo. It reflects the President’s campaign promise to build “an economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down.” The Teamsters’ recent huge win in which full-time UPS drivers now make $170k/yr and part-timers also saw increases, are part of a changing landscape for workers across the nation. Although union membership is still the lowest on record, strikes and unionizations continue to spread nationwide.
