Thousands of workers and over 150 Starbucks stores are poised to strike the week of June 27. Starbucks Workers United union had said earlier in the month that the coffee corporation had removed LGBTQ+ Pride decorations and flags at a number of stores. Workers posted on social media about the same practices. Starbucks’ Seattle Roastery is leading the strike, which is nationwide.
