The Teamsters are praising Minnesota government officials for enacting cannabis legislation into law. Tom Erickson, Teamsters Central Region International Vice President and President of Teamsters Joint Council 32 in the state, thanked Gov. Zack Stephenson and members of the state legislature. “There are hundreds of thousands of jobs to be created in this new industry,” he said. Peter Finn, Teamsters Western Region International Vice President, echoed Erickson, saying that the new measure would “create more middle-class, union careers.”
