A new contract for commercial building service workers was overwhelmingly approved by members of 32BJ SEIU. 20,000 office cleaners voted on the contract with the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations, which represents building owners, managers, and cleaning companies. The four-year deal gives them 12.6% raises over the life of the contract and retains their employer-paid health plan. The raise is the largest in 32 BJ history.
