The Tony’s Award Ceremonies

The 70th annual Tony’s Awards will be telecasted on Sunday June 12 th at 8PM on CBS from the Beacon Theatre.

The host for the Tony Awards will be Tony Award winner and night show host James Corden. It will be an exhilarating evening with 10 performances from the 2016 Tony nominated Best Musical and Revival of a musical categories.

Performances will include the cast of Hamilton and nominated cast members who include Lin-Manuel Miranda, Philip Soo, Leslie Odom Jr., Renne Elise Goldsberry, Christopher Jackson and Daveed Diggs. If you have not seen the show with 16 Tony nominations you can see history by watching and enjoying the Broadcast of the Tony’s.

Other performances will be from Shuffle Along with the Tony nominated actors performing: Brandon Victor Dixon and Adrienne Warren along with the entire tap dancing cast. Tony nominees Laura Benanti, Zackary Levi and Jane Krakowski along with the cast of She Loves Me will perform. Tony nominee Alex Brightman and the cast of The School of Rock will also perform.

In addition, the Tony nominee Danny Burstein and the cast of Fiddler on the Roof; Tony Nominees Danielle Brooks and Cynthia Erivo along with the cast of The Color Purple will entertain you; also, the cast of waitress and Sara Bareilles, Christopher Fitzgerald and Jessie Mueller will also entertain you.

Steve Martin’s show Bright Star will provide a performance with a cast led by Tony Nominated Carmen Cusack. The cast of Spring Awakening will also perform.

There will also be a featured performance by Gloria Estefan along with the cast of On Your Feet.

Presenters at the Tony’s include: Barbara Streisand , Cate Blanchett, Claire Danes, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Neil Patrick Harris, Sean Hayes, James Earl Jones, Daniel Dae Kim, Carole King, Diane Lane, Nathan Lane, Angela Lansbury, Lucy Liu, Marlee Matlin, Audra McDonald, Patina Miller, Andrew Rannells, Saoirse Ronan, Blair Underwood, Oprah Winfrey and 2016 Tony Award nominees Steve Martin and Edie Brickell.

The Tony ceremony is presented by Tony Award Productions, a joint venture of the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, which founded the Tony’s.
