The midtown restaurant, Le Colonial, is facing discrimination charges from thirteen former employees who state that their lunch and bathroom breaks were restricted and they were forced to work in harsh conditions because of their race.

Over the weekend, dozens of protestors “occupied” Wall Street to demand that Wall Street’s profits be sent back to small towns.
