The New York Times compares economic practices in Germany and America to explain why the German economy is recovering faster than the States’.

A new bill to protect hotel workers from sexual assault has been introduced and includes requirements for sexual harassment training and a hotel employee’s bill of rights.

A YouTube video posted by a Wendy’s restaurant worker in Olean, NY is getting a lot of press for the deplorable work conditions documented in the clip.

Apparently, Wal-Mart is willing to work with unions abroad while it leads the anti-union bandwagon at home.

More news on striking Kaleida Health workers in Buffalo, NY—management is claiming that the three unions representing the 7,700 workers aren’t “cooperating.”
