Last month, 9400 jobs were created in New York City, but the unemployment rate stayed the same.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo released a statement yesterday saying that he would not allow the legislature to go out of session until a new rent regulations bill is signed.

Yesterday, the International Labor Organization approved a convention to promote the rights of domestic workers worldwide.

Macy’s workers agreed on the tentative contact proposed yesterday to avert a potential strike.
