Greek unions have staged a 24-hour, general strike to protest additional budget cuts and asset sales.

Lenny’s, a Manhattan sandwich chain, has agreed to pay $5.1 million in total to employees who were stiffed tips and minimum wage between 2002 and 2008.

After numerous attempts at organizing, Walmart workers have created their own interest group, named Organization United for Respect at Walmart, that will push for better wages and benefits.

Labor leaders have planned a protest against city layoffs at City Hall today.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled yesterday that the bill cutting bargaining rights was passed properly and is legal.

If there is no contract in place by Friday, June 17, Kaleida workers in Buffalo, NY have planned for yet another strike.

The Canadian government is moving to end the ongoing strike at Air Canada.
