Kaleida workers in Buffalo, NY ratified a new contract yesterday.

The Daily News takes an in-depth look at the ongoing struggle between the New York City Opera and its employees’ union.  

The Department of Labor is assessing businesses up to $21.25 for each employee as the state looks toward its outstanding unemployment debt.

Bank of America is planning to shut down its tax-processing site, TechCity, next year, potentially affecting 900 positions at the company.  

To restore trust in the state government, Gov. Andrew Cuomo has unleashed his idea for an advertising campaign to bring revenue into New York City.
