Cincinnati Transit Union Sues Over Living-Wage Violations

Cincinnati, OH, USA Amalgamated Transit Union Local 627 has filed a lawsuit against the city of Cincinnati and the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), charging that they are violating the city’s April living-wage law by paying some workers less than $15 an hour.
