San Francisco Lesson Plan: Trump Panders To Huge Racist, Sexist Base

San Francisco, CA – A classroom lesson plan offered by San Francisco public schools tells it like it is about Donald Trump, according to the educator who created it. The lesson says in part that Trump is a racist, sexist man who became president by “pandering to a huge racist and sexist base.”

The Ku Klux Klan agrees about Trump and is planning a North Carolina Trump victory parade. The Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan says it’s “klavalkade” December 3rd in North Carolina will celebrate Trump’s victory. A graphic on the KKK web page pictured Trump in front of a Presidential seal with the worked “Trump’s Race United My People”.

Social Studies teacher Fakhra Shah came up with the San Francisco lesson plan. She says students, including African American, Latino, white, Muslim and LGBTQ students are worried about increases in hate crimes since the election.

United Educators of San Francisco President Lita Blanc says even GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan called Trump’s campaign racist and sexist.
