Guttenberg, NJ—About 75 nursing home caregivers with 1199SEIU demonstrated outside the Alaris Health nursing home because they say that the owner has plans to demolish the facility in favor of building on the property high-rise luxury condominiums. The owner is also refusing to bargain in good faith with the caregivers to sign off on a new labor contract.
