Local 831 and President Harry Nespoli has now come out in support for Tish James Who is running for public advocate.

Local 831 President Harry Nespoli said, “We are endorsing Councilwoman Tish James for Public Advocate because Tish has always looked out for our members and all the working men and women without whom New York could not function.  Municipal employees are the backbone of our city and we need elected officials who recognize that. As a City Councilwoman, Tish has stood up for everyday New Yorkers and she’ll do the same as our next Public Advocate. We are proud to endorse her and look forward to working hard to send Tish James to the Public Advocate’s Office.”
