Las Vegas, NV – U.S. Labor Secretary Tom Perez says when it comes to trade issues and jobs Donald Trump is a fraud while Hillary Clinton has a real plan to create jobs.

Perez told NBC's Meet The Press that Clinton is clear in her opposition to the Trans Pacific Partnership trade deal. And Trump is clearly no champion for workers.

[Tom Perez]: "Donald Trump has said that wages are too high in America. Donald Trump has said that a low minimum wage is a good thing for America. Donald Trump makes his suits in Mexico when I've been to a plant in Ohio that uses union labor to make their suits.

Donald Trump has said repeatedly that, oh, I'm gonna make America first but when you look at the reality of what he has done, he has fought collective bargaining in Las Vegas. The people on the strip who organized the Trump Hotel – they did it over his dead body. He doesn't believe in the prevailing wage.

This notion that he's somehow going to be a champion for workers flies in the face of his record. He hasn't put America first, he's put his own profits first."

AFL-CIO President Rich Trumka echoes the Labor Secretary – also accusing Trump of being a fraud on trade and worker issues.

Here's a sound clip from an AFL-CIO video featuring Trump campaign statements on trade and taking a look at where Trump clothing is being made.

[Audio from AFL-CIO]: Trump: "IN! In! In the United States" David Letterman: Where are the shirts made? Bangladesh. Trump: "I'm going to instruct the U.S. Trade Representative to bring trade cases against China!" David Letterman: Ties? Where are the ties made? These are beautiful ties. Trump: "They are great ties." David Letterman: "The ties are made in where, China? Ties are made in China." Trump: "In! In! In the United States!"
