Flight Attendants Picket United At Airports Around The World

Flight attendants will be picketing at airports around the world on Thursday calling on United Airlines to finish its merger with Continental and negotiate a fair contract with its workers.

The Association of Flight Attendants – CWA says there's still no joint labor contract at United after five years. AFA-CWA represents 24,000 flight attendants at United Airlines. Other unions, including the Air Line Pilots Assoication will join the flight attendants as they picket United from Guam to London to Chicago and many airports in between.
