LABOR UNIONS & WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

If you are injured on the job you are entitled to workers’ compensation, which will pay part of your lost wages and all medical care related to your accident. If you are a construction worker or if your accident involves someone other than your boss or co-workers, you may also be able to file a personal injury lawsuit in civil court.

In addition, if your work-related disability disables you for a year or more, you may be entitled to social security disability benefits.

Through the years, we have never ceased to be amazed at the passion, commitment and close involvement of union representatives in our clients’ workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability cases.
